Recruitment cum Admin Executive

Job requirement

Duties & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all Recruitment - Admin tasks of Sales team, including:

  • Doing end-to-end recruitment process including researching, making sources, phone interviewing, arranging interviews, making offers...;
  • Liaising with Sales manager to meet the needs and expectation;
  • Follow up new comers after recruitment to ensure they adapt fluently to the new team and working environment;
  • Checking and making Sales commission report;
  • Assisting to plan, prepare documents for training agendas of newcomers/ Sales team;
  • Other tasks as required.

Job requirement

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment/ mass recruitment;
  • Experience in sales, services, real estate, finance, e-commerce field is a plus;
  • Attention to detail in recruitment and hiring;
  • Open mindset, can-do attitude;
  • Love start-up environment;
  • English fluency is a pluss.
