Collaborate closely with Business Development/Account team to understand client hiring needs and support the execution of recruitment strategies.
Assist in identifying and developing potential client opportunities.
Source, approach, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels (database, referrals, social media, networking).
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability for open roles.
Manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to presenting profiles, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates to develop a sustainable talent pool.
Stay updated on labor market trends and talent insights to provide valuable input to the BD/Account team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resilient, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Long-term career orientation in recruitment/headhunting.
