Job requirement

1. Marketing and Selling Assistance

· Pro-actively assist in developing strategies and programme for marketing and promotion of company services, with the aim of developing a profit centre for database recruitment and full search.

· Study job website portals as basis for drafting concept of new services and fees for database recruitment through our website via client direct access.

· Implement marketing strategies and develop business with new and existing clients, including monitoring and controlling activities for identifying prospects through newspapers advertisements for high level positions advertised, looking out for new companies setting up or expanding, new appointments, or networking in the corporate scene to expand your contacts.

· Send sales or nice meet letters, follow-up of prospects by phone or email, arranging meetings with prospects, visiting clients, follow-up on leads from associates, drafting proposals and sending out our contracts, etc.

2. Candidate Research

· For executive search assignments, conduct comprehensive industry research on candidates (identify relevant industry sectors, companies and candidates, etc).

· Obtaining names, particulars and experience of candidates via various sources through internal database, referrals, job websites, internet research, etc.

· Conduct preliminary screening of candidates through the telephone and maintaining liaison with candidates and appointees.

3. Executive Search and Recruitment Operation

· Conduct executive search and/or database recruitment exercise, as the main consultant or as a support to the Manager/Director, depending on seniority or complexity of assignment.

· Preparation of Assignment Profile or design of advertisement or Job Description.

· Phone screening of candidates or applications, interview of candidates, summary and recommendation report writing, liaison with clients and candidates, reference checks and follow-up with appointees.

· Assist in negotiation of contract terms for selected appointees.

4. Operational administration

· Initiate and handle calling of candidates for interview, sending of forms, arrangements for interviews with clients, monitor sending of reject letters, sending reference check letters, sending congratulatory letters to appointee, etc,

· Ensure proper creation of job and client files, update of job status, and closing of job, when assignment is completed.

5. Miscellaneous

· Continuously search for areas of improvement of practice –

selling, operating, administration and IT-related matters.

· Ensure update of database of clients, prospective clients, candidates, etc.

· Assist in answering phone calls and attending to guests/candidates when support staff is not available.

· All other duties as required to provide excellent service to clients.

· Any task that is assigned by Country Manager

Job requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • Knowledge in consultancy services  and training
  • At least 1 years working experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
  • Being able to travel as an essential part of this position
