Role Objectives: 
Recruitment Associate Manager is a key leadership role within Talentnet’s HR Outsourcing Services division, responsible for overseeing high-volume recruitment operations with a strong focus on IT talent acquisition. This role works closely with recruiters, clients, and key account teams to deliver strategic hiring solutions, improve recruitment quality, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy recruitment leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing diverse stakeholders and contributing to Talentnet’s long-term success.
Job Descriptions: 
1. Financial Goal Achievement
- Be responsible for achieving team financial targets
- Ensure the debtor by follow up with clients for payment progress and reduce bad debts
2. Strategic Recruitment Operations
- Lead and manage mass recruitment projects, including IT and technical roles, across multiple client portfolios.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop scalable sourcing strategies tailored to both non-tech and tech talent markets.
- Manage recruiters & collaborate with clients, and key account teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and SLAs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists).
- Utilize specialized platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, TopDev) and Boolean search techniques to identify top tech talent.
- Stay current with trends in tech hiring, compensation benchmarks, and candidate motivations in the IT, FMCG, Retails, Financial Services sector.
- Integrate digital tools (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing platforms) into recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a digital talent pipeline, leveraging data analytics to improve sourcing outcomes.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Develop branding strategy for both online & offline channels.
3. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Partner with the Manager to support client engagement, proposal development, and service expansion.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment services and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Team Development
- Coach and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.
- Promote continuous learning and upskilling in tech recruitment practices.
