Be in charge of the entire recruitment process for San Lim Furniture Company including but not limit to;

• Makes recruitment plan according to section/department’s head request.
• Prepares job description for making recruitment announcement.
• Posts job offer using different channels: specialized recruitment websites (Vietnamworks, Careerbuilder,…), internal mail, recruitment announcement on Company information board, other personal network…
• Searches candidate profile from Company’s database and recruitment websites’ database.
• Selects suitable candidates for open position (including candidates applied for the job posted and candidates found on recruitment website’s database).
• Conducts the preliminary interview ( also by telephone when it is necessary).
• Support new recruit in integration period and evaluation.

Other tasks assigned by Vice General Director.

• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
• At least 02 year of experience in recruitment position
• Good at English
• Good communication skill
