In this role you will work directly with the Ecommerce Leaders, understand the ecommerce business model, and hire with speed and agility. Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Manager and stakeholders by architecting and delivering a tailored recruitment to deliver Top Talent to all open roles
• Ensure successful recruitment delivery against pre-defined SLAs and KPIs
• Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and ecommerce business recruitment trends and practices locally and globally.
• Create and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for a high growth and dynamic environment
• Regularly provide most up-to-date recruitment reports & analysis, insights, and advices for the hiring team
