Kinh nghiệm:
1. Manage purchasing parameters in AS400 and keep it updated and accurate.
2. Placement of orders with vendors, as well as, expediting, deferring and canceling.
3. Master the progress of ongoing new programs and make it happen as fast as possible.
4. Communication and management of vendors.
- Daily order delivery communications.
- Weekly forecast communication.
- Monthly / Periodically review with vendors to point out their strengthen and weakness and action plan if needed.
- Yearly / Periodically review the purchasing volume/value with Vendor to set up next price target.
5. Analyzing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels; do not store slow moving aged inventory.
6. Basic technical mastery of product managed by.
- Understanding the basic test need and how it performed.
- Filing all the technical standard and master sample.
- Basic production process.
7. Responsible for completing personal professional development plan.
8. Performs other related jobs as assigned by Supervisor/ Dept Head.
1. Education:
- Four-year university degree or similar level of knowledge and experience.
- Apics certification preferred.
2. Experience: From 1-year experience in purchasing.
3. Knowledge: of Product and process knowledge.
4. Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Data sensitiveness.
- Planning: an ability to think ahead and prepare action plan to achieve results.
- Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost).
- Measure and control performance goals and standards.
- Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Systems and continuous improvement orientation.
- Inventory management, Computer skills, Excel skills.
