R&D Supervisor (Ink) working in Dong Nai

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a R&D Supervisor (Ink, $950, ID19550)

• Lead and execute the development of new ink formulations.
• Enhance the properties of existing ink products.
• Design cost-efficient formulations while ensuring compliance with performance standards and safety regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and printing defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis using laboratory tools and methodologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Sales, Quality Control, and Production teams.
• Evaluate new raw materials such as resins, solvents, additives, and pigments.
• Maintain and manage technical documentation including TDS, MSDS, and COA.
• Supervise R&D chemists, laboratory technicians, and interns.
• Assign tasks, review outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Uphold laboratory safety standards and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with industry regulations.

• Gender: Male under 40 years old .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in printing inks or related chemical manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in English communication, including technical reporting and customer support
