- Research, develop and improve formulas for instant noodles, cup noodles and similar products.
- Analyze market trends & consumer preferences to propose new formulas.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, QC and other related teams to launch products to the market.
- Ensure noodle meets food safety, quality and cost standards.
- Responsible for record data in SAP system and safety of equipment of RD team.
- Prepare sample as customer request.
- Go to customer to support technical and introduce new product.
- Support to handle complaint from customer.
- Take responsibility about industry safety of RD team, deploy safety request from ESH
team
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Technology or related field.
- Experience of hands-on experience in development, preferably for instant noodles or similar food products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching noodle products in the market.
- Experience in market trend analysis and consumer preference integration.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, flavor science, and ingredient functionality.
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and analytical testing.
- Familiarity with machinery, equipment, and operational safety.
- Ability to speak and read technical documents in English is an advantage.
- Have effective communication, teamwork.
- Have ability about problem finding & solving skills.
- Office computer skill
