• Manage R&D Department • Develop new products - Identify and build up relationships with large and reputable cosmetics suppliers in order to find potential products that can help achieve the company’s goals. - Put forward ideas and solutions on finding new products • Develop existing products - Design materials for product introduction. - Take part in product introduction workshops. - Support customers with product quality and other technical inquiries. - Build up relationships with doctors & pharmacists, coordinate with them on developing the business plan.
• At least 5 year experienced in similar position at a GMP factory • Fluent in English, understand scientific publication • Dynamic, creativity, enthusiastic • Management skills • Responsible
