Job requirement

1. Administrative Tasks

  • Make report on customer supports
  • Make report on new products
  • Make reports on trainings & demo

2. Customer Support

  • Troubleshoot and provide advice on products and baking equipment.
  • Deliver customer training upon request.

3. Product Development

  • Research market trends and develop new products from concept to completion.
  • Formulate recipes, define processes, calculate costs, and evaluate samples.

4. Sales Support

  • Update flour application information and competitor quality data.
  • Train customers on flour-based product applications.

5. Technical Training

  • Prepare training manuals and detailed plans (cost, manpower).
  • Conduct training sessions and prepare reports.

6. Demo Programs & Sales Events

  • Organize DEMO programs (planning, costing, staffing, logistics).
  • Support sales events as required.

7. Reporting

  • Prepare reports on customer support, new product development, trainings, and demo programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information flow among all project stakeholders.

Job requirement

Education / Experience:

- Must have a University or College degree with a major in Food Technology or Food Science.

- At least 2 years’ experience in the same field.

Functional skills:

- English Skill – Intermediate (TOEIC 500)

- Good Computer skills (Word, Excel)

- Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills

- Baking Skills

- Food Technology Knowledge
