Mô tả công việc

  • Assist in developing and formulating new vermicelli products and process improvements.
  • Conduct small-scale and pilot-scale production trials for product and process validation.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistency with R&D formulations and parameters.
  • Evaluate raw materials for suitability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data from experiments and prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Assist in shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations of new and existing products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies.
  • Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and scaling up from lab to production.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in food product development, preferably vermicelli production.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
