PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- To assist Sales Information team in daily operation in commercial system related tasks.
- To report to Commercial System Supervisor on daily operation of Sales Department support system
- To assist Field Sales on daily operation of RSEM
- To assist Distributor on daily operation of DIS
- To perform RSEM and DIS report model
- To assist Sales Information team in Trade Census project.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Data synthesis & analysis:
- Manage data input/output activities for MVO, MJP, RSEM, & DIS according to processes including troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Coordinate with Sales Admin Clerk to ensure data integrity and timeliness from relevant stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis on ad-hoc requests and report Quality Control on routine report.
- Manage monthly and quarterly MVO modification activities as guided.
- Follow and support field sales in Quarterly Price Mapping exercise.
- Support other reports as requests.
2. Technical Implementation support:
- Monitor third-party execution on field as representative from HHN.
- Provide on field support and direction for adjustment for agency. Halt field work execution based on issue types when necessary.
- Report on potential troubles of field work execution.
- Synthesize and produce field work draft report & statistics.
3. On field troubleshooting & support:
- Work on field as a team to support system implementation such as:
- DIS at distributor’s location.
- MJP/RSEM on market.
- Provide training for new users of aforementioned systems.
- Actively seek for root-cause, provide immediate solution if possible or raise the issue to CS Sup for solution in the event of system trouble.
- Report and follow up on support activities.
4. Administration:
- Plan and lead preparation for standard back-up solutions deployment such as 1MJP…
- Perform Quality Control of in-coming reports from above back-up solutions.
- Perform other relevant administrative tasks
