JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE

  • Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets, maximizing revenue and expanding market share in the North 1 area.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the specific market condition within the territory.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Managing and Leading sales team. This includes coaching, training, and providing ongoing support.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining the relationship with key partners, counterparts.
  • Market analysis and business development: Analyzing market trend and competitors’ activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimizing sales operation, improve efficiency and ensure the effective execution of sales plan
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Developing RF 3.0.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES

  • Sales target achievement: Developing and implementing strategic to achieve sales target and objective business. Setting sales target for individual team members and monitoring their progress. Analyzing sales data, market trend and competitor activities for growth and improvement.
  • Team leadership and management: Leading, coaching and mentoring sales team to maximize sales performance and productivity. Conducting sales meeting, performance review and training session for sales staff. Motivating and inspiring the sales team. Recruiting and training sales staff. And Applying A2E into current job.
  • Customer relationship management: building and maintaining with existing and prospective customers
  • Market analysis and business development.
  • Reporting and communication
  • Operational management.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

  • Achieve sales target and objective business.
  • Effectively managing, motivating and leading sales team.
  • Analyzing market trend, competitor activity, customer need to identify new opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Sales operation and reporting: managing sales activities and POSM investment effectively. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular report to line manager. Ensuring compliance with company regulation and procedures.
  • Key skills and attributed expected: Strong leadership skill, Excellent communication skill, analytical skill and Results-oriented.
