Experience:
• Complete the store's operational goals by planning and assigning specific tasks to employees, monitoring and tracking work results.
• Awareness of retail trends in the market, exploring the current and future ways of operating of competitors. At the same time, build and develop a strategy to build relationships with current and potential customers, there by understanding their requirements to find out the direction of service development.
• Understand daily sales revenue, sellable codes, unsold codes, reasons for not selling, promotions.
• Regularly meet and discuss with employees to review the performance and processes of the store and inform employees about the company's policies, plans, and directions.
• Responsible for in-store revenue. Every month, together with the compliance control department, carry out inventory according to the Company's regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to implement the common goals of the store.
• Maintain and manage the quantity and quality of goods entering the store by maintaining regular contact with suppliers and carriers.
• Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal discounts such as special holidays or customers' birthdays, make changes such as opening hours…to increase sales for the store.
• Contact press and communication agencies, school representatives…in order to implement effective marketing campaigns for the store's products.
• Manage, guide, inspect and supervise the work of employees at the store.
• Building, managing and training sales staff.
• Train and supervise all levels of employees, providing advice and guidance on product knowledge with the aim of developing an understanding and efficient workforce.
• Coordinate with other departments:
- Work with the marketing team to develop content to support sales (consulting scripts, promotional messages, etc.)
- Work with the delivery department to ensure the goods are on time
• Store image management: ensure to always comply with company standards including:
-Outside the store: Facades, sides, signs...
-In the store: Cabinets area, shelves displaying goods, POSM, storage area...
• Comply with the Company's processes, regulations, and standards
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Graduated from a professional university/college degree.
• At least 02 -03 year of experiences in retail store manager position.
• Be able work at shift and on public holidays.
• Quick learning skills, performing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Be enthusiastic, courteous, and polite when communicating with customers
• Ability to manage a team, take high responsibility at work

• Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
