Thời gian: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (Giờ Hành Chính)

Mô tả công việc:

• Support management, business transformation Lead and project team to lead the change management, communication to related functions and users.

• Act as a liaison between the business transformation and HR team to facilitate organizational structure change request and execution

Accountabilities:

• Develop and drive strategy for communication and change management plan

• Lead the communication execution, design/ content of all communication items and ensure communication plan's highest quality

• Lead the event organizing of all workshops, ceremonies, outing events and ensure highest quality

• Build up change management process and to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiatives

• Work together with experts to build toolkit, framework for change management

• Ensure related stakeholders (senior leaders, business process owners and key users) are engaged, motivated and inspired

• Lead the discussion and work closely with HR department to conduct the change management plan in line with culture & regulation

• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

• Regularly seek feedbacks on stakeholders’ concerns and ensure stakeholders are satisfied during change management process

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in communication & change management in transformation projects

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies & tools is a plus

• Good interpersonal skill & influencing skill

• Good at presentation and public speaking skill

• Result oriented mindset & high commitment

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Excellent in both English & Vietnamese)

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills

• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

• Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
