Quality Engineer (Open to fresh graduates)

PROVIDING ON-THE-JOB TRAINING FOR FRESH GRADUATES.

Job Description:

• Responsible for conducting First Article Inspection (FAI) for new and modified products.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure compliance.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Prepare and maintain FAI documentation and related reports.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process capability.

• Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.

• Participate in quality review meetings and assist in root cause analysis when required.

• On-the-job training will be provided for fresh graduates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

• Good understanding of quality concepts and measurement tools.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

• English: Able to read and write technical documents.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
