Job requirement

• Prepare the quality document to qualify the product.
• Determine the checkpoint flow line of main assembly line. This includes the functional checking, appearance checking and safety checking.
• Determine the sampling plan, inspection item and the reliability test plan
• Prepare test plan and work with Eng. together on implementing the test plan
• Collect and review the performance/reliability test data during Engineering build, Pilot run of new product.
• Review and approval first article inspection of all critical components.
• Hold production release meeting
• Help other team members follow up customer complaints.
• Active interactions with our supplier to improve products quality and the manufacturing process

Job requirement

BS in mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
Strong senses in quality & product knowledge. Good knowledge of manufacturing

3 years or above relevant experience in manufacturing field

Good standard written and spoken English
Good communication, and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and pro-actively
A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach.
Work in power tool or mechanical industry is an advantage
