Quality Control Leader

The day-to-day activities:

• Coordinate with others team to build and maintain operation process

• Perform crosscheck to ensure all issues are controlled.

• In-charge for revise and control SOP

• Acts as a primary contact for evaluation and remediation of findings raised by both internal and external auditor. 

• Provide added-value analysis and comments to  support decision making of Operations Manager.

• Take responsibility for checking all pay-out activities.

• Other ad-hoc requirements from Operations Manager.

The must have:

• Bachelor’s degree  

• At least 3 years experiences in Audit function

• Strong knowledge of internal control concepts and best practices.

• Strong Excel skills

• English skills is a plus

• Analytical skills and deep thinking, capable generalized problem.

• Good leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Experience building teams, building work process.

• Able to change and to lead change in time to meet the needs of the business change.

• Effective communication.

• Project management skills / progress.

• Skills and knowledge of operational procedures.

• Able to work under high pressure
