Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to establish procedures and quality standards for fleet across the region and to monitor these against agreed targets
The day-to-day activities:
- determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- specifying quality requirements vehicle repair and preparation for sales
- investigating and setting standards for quality
- ensuring that workshop process comply toward standard results at both national and branch
- identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards qualification for team
- PDCA and improve the quality assurance standards, the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system, monitor risk management activities, and directing objectives to maximise profitability [including driving for further car utilization]
- Proactive communicate with intern and intra department and divisions related
- working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum experience 5+ years in Automotive/Mechanical or Industry Engineering (preferable) or equivalent handle fleet quality assurance
- Experience in automotive or taxi business or car rental business
- familiar with PDCA, Kaizen, or six sigma way of thinking
- knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Excellence technical skill in Quality Assurance
- Required language : English (intermediate)
- Technical vehicle knowledge and supply chain of distribution and service
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Excellence numerical Skills and understanding statistics.
