Key Responsibilities:
The Supplier QFS executive will oversee all supplier quality management activities to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality materials that meet stringent food safety and regulatory standards. This leadership role involves managing the supplier evaluation process, supervising quality assurance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold our commitment to food safety and product excellence.
Quality Control and Food Safety Management
Develop and maintain programs compliant with BRCGS, Kosher, Halal, Organic, and other standards.
Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance and product quality.
Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective actions.
OEM Partnership Control
Manage and monitor OEM partners to ensure quality and food safety compliance.
Conduct audits and collaborate with OEMs on improvement initiatives.
People Development
Lead and train the quality and food safety team to build skills and accountability.
Set goals, provide feedback, and promote a quality-focused culture.
Complaint Management and Continuous Improvement
Oversee customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Drive quality improvements based on audit results and feedback
