Job Description:

1. Hỗ trợ lãnh đạo bộ phận xây dựng và tối ưu hóa quy trình quản lý, tiêu chuẩn làm việc và quy định của bộ phận chất lượng; giám sát việc thực hiện các quy định này.
Assist department leaders in establishing and optimizing quality department management processes, work standards, and regulations; supervise their implementation.

2. Giám sát việc áp dụng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng sản phẩm.
Supervise the implementation of product quality standards.

3. Lập kế hoạch các hoạt động liên quan đến chất lượng, thúc đẩy nâng cao chất lượng.
Plan quality-related activities to promote continuous improvement.

4. Giám sát kiểm tra và nghiệm thu chất lượng nguyên vật liệu, quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm; theo dõi, cải thiện và xử lý các vấn đề bất thường và khiếu nại của khách hàng.
Supervise inspection and acceptance of raw materials, in-process, and finished products; follow up on, improve, and resolve abnormal issues and customer complaints.

5. Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo chất lượng cho nhân viên, kiểm toán chất lượng nội bộ và đánh giá hiệu suất của đội ngũ.
Responsible for employee quality training, internal team quality audits, and performance evaluation.

6. Đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến đối với các công việc trọng điểm về chất lượng, theo dõi và giám sát kết quả cải tiến.
Propose improvement measures for key quality tasks, and track and supervise improvement results.

7. Thực hiện điều tra chuyên đề và xử lý các sự cố chất lượng, các vấn đề chính trong khiếu nại khách hàng; giám sát việc thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục.
Conduct special investigations and handle quality incidents and major customer complaint issues; supervise the implementation of related corrective measures.

8. Triển khai các hoạt động đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng, thúc đẩy nâng cao chất lượng.
Carry out quality improvement proposal activities to promote quality enhancement.

9. Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra và đánh giá sản phẩm của nhà cung cấp mới; hỗ trợ bộ phận mua hàng trong việc đánh giá nhà cung cấp; giám sát xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp.
Responsible for testing and evaluating new supplier products; assist purchasing in supplier evaluation; supervise the handling of non-conforming products.

10. Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ, thực hiện quản lý hiệu suất và đào tạo nhân sự của bộ phận.
Responsible for team building and management, and for performance management and training of department staff.

11. Điều phối công việc giữa bộ phận với các bộ phận khác.
Coordinate work between this department and other departments.

12. Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Minimum Academic Requirement: Cao đăng trở lên

Age Requirement: Dưới 35

Kinh nghiệm: Hơn 10 năm ở vị trí quản lý chất lượng trong ngành nội thất.
Experience Requirement: Over 10 years in a quality manager role in the furniture industry.

Kiến thức, kỹ năng: Nắm vững công nghệ sản xuất, quản lý chất lượng, kiến thức về hệ thống chất lượng ISO.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement: Familiar with production technology, quality management, and ISO quality system knowledge.

Phẩm chất cá nhân:

• Kỹ năng kiểm soát chất lượng, giao tiếp và phối hợp, đào tạo và hướng dẫn tại hiện trường.
• Khả năng đánh giá hiện trường, tổ chức đánh giá, sử dụng phần mềm văn phòng; kiên định nguyên tắc, chính trực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, kỹ năng đàm phán tốt, khả năng độc lập xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp.
  Personal Quality Requirement:
• Quality control skills, communication and coordination ability, on-site training and guidance skills.
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments and organize reviews, proficiency in office software; principled, honest, highly responsible, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle emergencies independently.
