The Supplier QFS executive will oversee all supplier quality management activities to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality materials that meet stringent food safety and regulatory standards. This leadership role involves managing the supplier evaluation process, supervising quality assurance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold our commitment to food safety and product excellence.
Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality management programs aligned with company policies and global food safety standards (e.g., IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000
Review and approve supplier qualification assessments, audit reports, incoming material quality data, and related documentation to ensure compliance with established criteria.
Coordinate cross-functionally with suppliers, procurement, production, and quality departments to address and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
Oversee supplier audits and assessments, ensuring thorough evaluation of supplier capabilities and adherence to food safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, enhancing supplier performance, and strengthening food safety controls.
Ensure supplier compliance with all relevant certifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards through supervisory oversight.
Facilitate clear, timely communication across all stakeholders and maintain comprehensive records of supplier quality activities.
Supervise laboratory functions related to incoming material testing and quality verification to ensure accuracy, compliance with testing protocols, and timely reporting of results
To continuously make improvements in quality through a close working relationship with related departments.
Prepare all necessary reports for management on QFS requirements and efficiency
Conduct quality standard training for internal team and external team
Conduct training to enhance team knowledge
Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related majors.
Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, BRCGS, Kosher, Halal…
Planning and conducting process audits.
English skills: Good communication
MS Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Management and organization
Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
