QA Staff - Nhân viên Quản lý chất lượng (Ngành May)

Dear all, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is seeking 01 qualified person to fulfill vacancy of QA staff for our QA Department
ABOUT COMPANY
INOAC VIETNAM CO., LTD. is a 100% Japanese invested Company, 800+ staffs.
Industry: Manufacture and production (Mattress, pillow…)
Working Location: Lot B4-B5, Ba Thien 2 Industrial Zone, Thien Ke, Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949 systems & regulation for living products
- Make Inspection standard, format for all parts
- Negotiation with Customer about standard, tolerance, limit sample
- Receiver inform complain from Customer and make report improve
- Prepare document for 3rd party reviews (OEKO TEX, ISO and Regulation for living product)
- Together with Production to make FA sample and prepare document base on Customer request
- Prepare instructions for all measurement equipment
- Training and evaluation skill of worker about method use equipment & method measure
- Together with Production/ QC patrol process and make plan improve
- Make daily, weekly & monthly report
- Other job will be discussed more in the interview

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- University graduated in chemical, garment or relevant major
- Have knowledge about fabric, fabric dyes, measuring equipment and sewing machines.
- Understand ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949 systems & regulation for living products
- Have at least 01 year experience in the garment industry. Prefer experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company.
- Good command of English (Immediate level: Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing), MS Office
- Good organizational & analytical skills, teamwork skills
- Good ability of communication and negotiation
- Have a high sense of responsibility
