Experience:
- Establish, maintain, and improve quality management systems (Food safety, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRCGS and other food safety certifications).
- Work with auditors (of Government Vietnam, Certification Body, Customers, 3rd party).
- Update the procedures, process and standards when there are changes in statutory requirements/ or there are changes in the operation of the establishment.
- Periodically inspect and report of factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of Food safety, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRCGS and others.
- Internal training on procedures and processes
- Implement, monitor, check and report corrective actions for non-conformities detected during the assessment process
- Plan the system team's monthly/yearly budget
- Make a verification plan: water, materials, semi-finished products, finished products, industrial hygiene and carry out inspection carpet sampling according to plan, evaluate the verification results
- Internal audit to ensure compliance with BRCGS regulations for CJ Cau Tre factory - Long An branch and ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 regulations for CJ Foods Vietnam factory - Long An branch.
- Drafting procedures, processes, forms,... for factories
- Register FDA number and GACC number for export products
- Provide information about the quality management system, allergens in the product and factory, quality commitment, .... and other quality records as required by customers.
- Fill in product spec information, factory information as required by customers and related departments. Work with customers when there are changes in the quality management system
- Other duties related to regulatory as assigned by manager
Indicators of Success (KPI)
- Maintain ATTP, HALAL Jakim, HALAL MUI, FSSC 22000 certification for CJ Foods - Long An Branch
- Maintain BRC + FMSA + Costco certifications for CJCTE - Long An
- Maintain and improve the quality management system
- Work with auditor from customers & other audit
- Apply QMS VN for all departments, factory
- IInternal training on CCPs, allergens, packaging labeling, food defense, food fraud for workers in relevant production areas (include 5 topic)
- Work with customerson quality records, quality managerment,...
- Graduated from University/ College major related to Food Technology.
- Understand regulations on food safety of Vietnam.
- Knowledge for ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRCGS
- Experienced at supplier audit and internal audit.
- At least 5 year experience in related field.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Team group working skill
- Skill to solve problems independently
- Positive working attitude, accepting to learn from criticism
