QA Specialist (Furniture, làm việc tại Bình Dương)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Specialist (Furniture, $1000, ID16006)

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations. Conduct quality audits and inspections. Analyze quality data and implement improvements.
• Develop quality-related procedures and documentation. Create and implement training plans for QA staff. Conduct training sessions to raise quality awareness.
• Identify and address quality issues (e.g., customer complaints, defective products). Implement corrective and preventive actions. Lead continuous improvement projects.

• Male/Female, from 25 to 45 years old.
• University or higher graduation
• 2+ years of experience working in furniture factory
• Have knowledge of QMS or certificate of ISO 9000:2015
• Understand QMS audit process and be able to respond independently to third-party factory quality system audits
• Fluent in English
