Mô tả công việc

1. Organize and be responsible for drafting, reviewing, completing and improving the set of policies and procedures to ensure quality:

- Applicable to all products and services provided to customers at the system from purchasing, production, processing, storage until distribution at the store;

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

2. Guide and ensure supervision of the implementation of standards and procedures at the system:

Communicate and Plan to monitor the implementation and results of applying the current control system and internal evaluation.

- Coordinate and support internal and external audits;

- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory and quality requirements.

3. Responsible for management for all quality issues related to suppliers for the system;

- Setup requirements and plan implementation, supervise testing and inspection of raw materials and products to ensure the quality of finished products;

- Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues;

- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory and quality requirements.

- Set up procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and provide corrective actions

4. Monitor data and make reports:

- Monitoring reports on the operation of chain stores;

- Submit quality deviation report and reject rate for ingredients to improve quality standards;

- Create / improve and manage product traceability data

- Report on quality KPIs according to regulations; abnormal quality situation (if any);

- Responsible for the document management system;

- Monitoring reports of risk management activities.

5. Control department operating costs: personnel allocation costs; cost of using control tools

6. Engages and develops teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

7. Support the R&D Department and advise the Board of Directors in the field of controlling, improving and improving the quality of products and services.

Yêu cầu công việc

-            Over 5 years of experience in quality management in the food industry, operating the quality management system FSSC 22000, ISO 9001.

-            Prioritize experience in quality management in F&B/coffee chain/food production

-            Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
 Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.

-             Flexible thinking

-            Outstanding communication skills

-            Great attention to detail and a result driven approach.

-            Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

-            Reliable and Trustworthy
