QA Manager (Food/Beverage)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Food/Beverage, $2000, ID17906):

• Set departmental targets and develop strategic plans to achieve them.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Train staff in food safety standards and product quality knowledge.

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Planning, and other departments to ensure QMS compliance.

• Conduct internal audits and collaborate on corrective actions; monitor company-wide implementation.

• Lead the preparation and execution of external audits including HACCP, BRC, ISO, etc.

• Update quality standards based on customer requirements and relevant local/import regulations.

• Analyze customer complaints and provide effective feedback and solutions.

• Monitor and ensure implementation of prerequisite programs (PRPs) such as GMP, and internal audits across factory, warehouse, and suppliers.

• Collaborate on corporate development projects, including SAP implementation, auditing, and training activities.

• Oversee factory-wide quality control and report to upper management as required.

• Foster and promote corporate culture aligned with leadership directives.

• Deep understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• University graduate in Biology, Food Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position within the food or agriculture industry
• Good at English
• Proficient in food and beverage quality management systems and standards (ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000)
