JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION:
1. Verify the compliance of food safety management system
2. Inspection/audit facility to comply with requirement of hygiene condition
3. Control document of food safety & laboratory management system
4. Incharge for external test sending, review the received results
5. Handling pest control
6. Assist FSM for external audit and internal audit
7. Assist FSM in build training programs and food safety culture
A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY (VAI TRÒ & TRÁCH NHIỆM)
1. Ensure that the food safety & laboratory management system is established, implemented, maintained and updated
2. Ensure that food safety regulation is implemented and complied
3. Ensure that all external test be sent in correct procedure, in time and the results received are reviewed correctly
4. Ensure the internal audit to be conducted as scheduled
5. Ensure there is no internal and external document is used that are obsolete
6. Handle the work of technical in charge staff/ FS manager when they absent as assigned
7. Ensure pest control is handled properly to meet food safety standard
8. Ensure that the solidarity & co-operation with the others in department is maintained
9. Ensure that all company properties (including technology, hardware…) is not distributed to outside partners & commit to follow company regulation on confidential information
10. Ensure that all relevant records to be kept accurately
B. AUTHORITY (QUYỀN HẠN)
1. Request to provide adequate resources for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and updating of the food safety & laboratory management system
2. Request to provide the adequate training to employees to enhance their awareness on food safety
3. Communicate with concerned department for follow up corrective action/ correction relevant food safety & laboratory management system
C. JOB DESCRIPTION (MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC):
1) Daily job (Công việc hàng ngày):
- Inspection facility’s hygiene condition and pest control activity
- Verify record of pest control
- Support FSM building the Food safety culture
- Assistant to FSM and QA team
- Keeping documentation, records (hard copy and soft copy are in correct version)
- Send sample for external test
2) Monthly job (Công việc hàng tháng):
- Track the quality objective
- Verify the records of implement GMP/SSOP
- Facility audit with team
- FS monthly meeting
- Observation pest control activities
3) None-periodic job (Công việc không thường xuyên)
- Issue internal document and retrieve the obsoleted version
- Assist FSM for providing records/documents during 2nd and 3rd party audit
- Assist FSM for tracking/following corrective action of relevant departments during facility audit, internal/external audit
- Perform other tasks in QA team as assigned
GENERAL REQUIREMENT (YÊU CẦU CHUNG):
EDUCATION (HỌC VẤN): College/ University of Food Technology
ENGLISH SKILL (KỸ NĂNG NGOẠI NGỮ): Ability of basic communication by English both oral and writing
COMPUTER SKILL (KỸ NĂNG VI TÍNH): Good at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint,...)
OTHERS REQUIREMENT (YÊU CẦU KHÁC): 1 year experience of working in food industry as QA, QC, well knowledge of BRC, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, ISO 17025 is a plus.
