QA Assistant Manager

Handling customer complaints, internal quality, processing audits, and preparing quality reports

To improve quality by liaising with production, purchasing, and R&D personnel and conducting investigations on quality deficiencies.

To liaise with suppliers or vendors on all aspects of the quality issue including coordinating.

To assist QA Manager on all quality-related projects as instructed.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.

Drive company towards maintaining & improving ISO 9001 & Food Safety

To ensure all documents relating to maintenance of ISO & Food Safety systems are updated & maintained.

To continuously make improvements in quality through a close working relationship with related departments.

To supervise the day-to-day function of personnel within the QA department.

To ensure that the specification for all products is met and advise all abnormalities.

To assist Manager to manage the company's Quality & Food Safety Systems.

To coordinate customers’ audits & implement corrective actions quality gaps surfaced until completion.

To develop & write necessary working procedures & instructions within the Quality & Food Safety Systems in the company from time to time.

To handle customers' complaints & service customers’ on quality issues.

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping.

To implement and maintain quality standards and housekeeping procedures.

To train employees and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.

To evaluate employees periodically for promotions, transfers, dismissals, and salary adjustments.

To maintain discipline, motivate workers in order to continually improve productivity and control the rate of absenteeism.

Prepare all necessary reports for management on Quality Assurances requirements and efficiency
