1.Tiếp nhận danh sách những mặt hàng cần mua sắm từ các bộ phận khác. Phân loại và sắp xếp theo thứ tự ưu tiên để đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất, kinh doanh trong công ty diễn ra thông suốt.
1.Get lists of items to buy from other departments. Sort and define priority in order to ensure smooth production process and business in the company.

2. Tìm kiếm các nhà cung cấp có mặt trên thị trường có đủ khả năng cung cấp đúng chủng loại, mẫu mã và chất lượng phù hợp với yêu cầu mà mình đặt ra. Tìm hiểu thông tin và đánh giá năng lực của các nhà cung cấp.
2. Finding the suppliers that are available in the market is capable of providing the right type, model and quality to suit the requirements. Understand the information and assess the competencies of the suppliers.

3. Kết hợp với các bộ phận liên quan kiểm tra khả năng đáp ứng yêu cầu đã đặt ra của sản phẩm.

4. Tiến hành lựa chọn, so sánh các đơn hàng và làm các phân tích cần thiết để lựa chọn ra sản phẩm phù hợp nhất. Đàm phán giá cả, thương thảo hợp đồng mua bán, thảo thuận thời hạn thanh toán và giao hàng.
4. Make selections, compare orders and do the analysis needed to select the most suitable product. Negotiating prices, purchase contracts, terms of payment and delivery.

5. Kết hợp với bộ phận logistics để làm các thủ tục cần thiết cho việc nhận hàng.

6. Khiếu nại và yêu cầu bồi thường trong trường hợp sản phẩm có lỗi. Giám sát số lượng và tiến độ giao hàng theo đúng như các điều khoản đã cam kết trong hợp đồng.
6. Complaints and claims when there are defective products. Monitor the quantity and delivery schedule in accordance with the terms committed in the contract.

- Graduated from University or above ; English use fluently

'- It nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm vị trí tương đương                                                                                                                
- At least 5 years experience in relevant position 

'- Kỹ năng đàm phán tốt, làm việc độc lập, kỷ luật cao                                                                                                             
- Effective negotiation skills, working independently, highly disciplined
