Purpose of Position:
The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for the sourcing, pricing and contract of materials, services, and supplies to serve company activities in compliance with company policy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develops the category sourcing strategy for Service & In-direct Material for company activities.
- Ensure the Competitive bidding process: clarify the scope of works with concerned from Departments, then source potential suppliers based on quality, service, and total cost delivered.
- Manages the performance of suppliers & maintain long-term partnership with key suppliers to build the strong supplier short-list & ensure supply for the company.
- Ensure stakeholder’s satisfaction are met: follow and improve SLA (service level agreement) of all items/services; monitor the quality of purchased items/services.
- Builds procurement process, SOP, guideline, template & ensure stakeholder follow procurement procedure.
- Support SAP deployment project where needed.
- Contract review & management.
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree with related major
- At least 3 year working experience in similar t job
- Able to communicate in English or at least written email & documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)

· System thinking: SAP experience is required
