JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
2. Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased
3. Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
4. Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
5. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and maintain good relationships with them
6. Research and evaluate prospective suppliers
7. Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports
8. Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures
9. Other tasks as requested by Superior
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year`s experience in the same position
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Previous proven 1-2 years experience as a purchaser or a similar management position
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS College
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in any field
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Excellent negotiation skills
2. Excellent leadership and organizational skills
3. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese are mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP
