PURCHASING MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

• By leading the end-to-end procurement process - from crafting negotiation strategies and tracking key performance metrics to implementing IATF-compliant supply chain management, ensure zero production interruptions and achieve significant cost reductions for the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and fulfil regulated purchase procedure, CFT regulations, required docucumentations and interest policy
• Select qualified supplier and strong sense of cost negotiation and close deals with optimal terms.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

• Good at English communication skill.
• Familiar with sourcing and vendor management (both local and overseas).
• Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense.
• Strong sense of cost and quality, target achieving.
• Experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.
• Strong in technical sourcing for spare part, machine, mold, tool, jig....
• Purchase experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferable.
• Skilled in ERP operation.
