Purchasing Executive

Mô tả công việc

Role:

Responsible for day to day procurement activities and supporting admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers on all new or updated quotations.
  • Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices and negotiate on best price.
  • Prepare and process POs and all related documents according to the Purchase Requisition (PR).
  • Follow up the orders and expedite outstanding POs to ensure requirements (quality, quantity, delivery time) are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers/forwarders/transporters on the timely delivery and customs clearance.
  • Review and evaluate the suppliers’ performance.
  • Resolve all the arising issues relating to suppliers’ performance, materials’ quality, late delivery, etc.
  • Maintain, develop strong working relationships with the suppliers.
  • Source new vendors.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Economics/Foreign Trade.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in procurement. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good command in English, MS Office.
  • Honest, hard-working, positive attitude, keen to learn, high sense of responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Can work well independently and in a team.
  • Please (Must) write current salary, proposal salary & the day can start work.
