Promotion Host

• Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who attend catering functions.

• Handles and solves any concerns and questions for customers.

• Sets tables with proper plates, cups, glasses and utensils before the catering function.

• Prepares and serves drinks to guests. Delivers food from preparation area to customers.

• Removes all table settings from tables after customers have finished their meals.

• At the end of the function, clear all tables dishes, linens, utensils, etc… return all equipment to their proper area.

• Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.

• Keeps supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints.

• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

• Chào hỏi và trò chuyện với khách
• Xử lý giải đáp thắc mắc từ khách hàng nếu có 
• Sắp xếp bàn ăn theo đúng yêu cầu (ly, đĩa, chén....) 
• Phục vụ đồ uống và đồ ăn cho khách
• Dọn dẹp bàn và khu vực xung quanh sạch sẽ sau khi khách dùng bữa xong
• Trả các vật dụng thiết bị về vị trí cũ vào cuối ca làm việc
• Duy trì vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm 
• Báo cáo với cấp trên các trường hợp phàn nàn từ khách hàng
• Tuân thủ yêu cầu công việc và nội quy công ty
