Monitor and drive improvements in the city performance, understanding local city dynamics by area and time, to improve reliability and overall business performance
Build strong local operational processes, working with country and regional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
Responsible for monitoring and improving overall business performance. This includes building processes to monitor real-time activities on the ground, and implementing operational fixes to improve overall business performance
Undertake business analysis tasks on current operational workflows to redesign and document requirements for any business improvement initiatives
Facilitate communication across multiple areas including sales, business development, operations, and supply reliability to ensure business strategy alignment
Manage local team for strategy implementations and evaluations
Perform post implementation reviews, including benefits analysis and lessons learned reviews
People
Hire and manage strong local operations team
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, or start-up/tech industry
Strong business analysis skills to identify, review and prioritize initiatives across multiple internal/external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Able to communicate in English fluently
Willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
