Control Projects (New Store, Renovation, Upgrading, Re-layout, Closure)

Control Warranty Activities

1. Running Projects (New Store, Renovation, Upgrading, Re-layout, Closure) of All Brands to meet:

• Guideline of Brand
• Guideline of Landlord
• Timeline
• Budget
• Quality

2. Managing all warranty activities within 1 year, stipulated by the construction contract, from the opening day of the store in the region, including:

• Fast responsibility
• Quality
• Have the right solution to solve and avoid problem-related infrastructure

3. Coordinating with other related Departments to achieve better results.

• Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D drawings, MS Office.
• At least 3 years of supervising experience.
•  Having experience in retail is an advantage
• High awareness of the current Vietnamese laws and regulations, and familiar with Vietnamese as well as international building codes and standards;
• Proficient in working on software as Auto CAD, 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, and other design software.
• Good communication in English;
• Good at documentation and systematic;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Details-oriented.
