Position Summary

  • Space T is an all-in-one interior platform integrating interior design/construction, e-commerce, and community to make home interior easy and affordable. Our mission is to innovate living spaces through technology like AI, addressing inefficiencies in today’s interior industry.

  • We are seeking a result-driven Project Sales Specialist who excels at converting client consultations into secured interior projects. This role prioritizes strong sales skills, client relationship management, and strategic business development, supported by foundational knowledge in interior design and construction.

Job Description

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design and construction needs.

  • Effectively conduct client consultations, clearly communicating project possibilities, scope, budgeting, and unique value propositions.

  • Demonstrate persuasive sales skills to convert leads into signed contracts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, including project plans, detailed cost estimates, timelines, and design concepts.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and clear communication.

  • Regularly follow-up with potential and existing clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals, leveraging existing relationships to expand our client base.

3. Design and Technical Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the design team to translate client requirements into compelling, client-aligned 2D/3D design proposals.

  • Clearly communicate client needs, preferences, and feedback to internal design and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

4. Project Planning and Coordination

  • Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation measures.

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external teams, including designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Maintain accountability for project milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

5. Contract Management & Documentation

  • Supervise the preparation, negotiation, and execution of project contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, including budget tracking, client agreements, procurement records, and progress reports.

6. Market & Industry Insights

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing sales strategies, service offerings, and business processes based on industry insights.

Job requirement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within interior design, construction, or related industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant fields.

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective client engagement and project conversion.

  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.

  • Language: Fluent in English.

  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

  • Proficient with AI tools and technology
