Mô tả công việc

1. Make a list of potential customers (suspecting to prospecting) through:

  • Predicting the target customer group.
  • Surveying customers through calls or meetings.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to narrow down potential customers.
  • Developing technical solutions and cooperation plans.
  • Negotiating to close customers.

2. Regularly visit customers with Sales Staff, especially strategic customers to continue building relationships and maintaining cooperation.
3. Proactively resolve difficulties and problems of customers and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Train employees in soft skills, develop and maintain teams, contribute to building corporate culture.
5. Manage, build and support employees to complete business targets.
6. Other tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview.
