Project Sales Manager - Paint industry (Hanoi)

Mô tả công việc

1. Order/Sales & Profitability

- Achieve annual order/sales target of the assigned region (either North or Central or South) team.

- Define order targets for the direct reports/team members

- Responsible for defining strategy, action plan to achieve the 5- year plan of Project Sales of the assigned region.

2. Project Pipelines Development: Identify, quantify & follow projects in the assigned region

- Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs.

- Work with the end-users, consultants, contractors, interior designer, project dealer to promote & prescribe TOA Paint offers.

- Visit the project decision-makers to specify TOA Paint’s products.

- Update status of such projects within in project pipeline system.

3. Channel development

- Identify potential partners and contribute to develop selected targets into new partnership.

- Work closely with Channel Development Manager to define, deploy, and follow up panel builder plan in the assigned territory.

4. Customer relationship management (Identify and develop key accounts)

- Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.

- Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.

- Organize trainings and seminars with consultants/contractors/interior designers to raise their competency level and also get upstream info on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degrees – Economics, Foreign Trade, Chemical.

- 5-year experience in working with relevant End-users, Consultants, Contractors in project sales.

- Having the supervisory or managerial skill

- Knowledge in the Paint industry is a plus.

- Good understanding of market needs and market players. Understand the company’s products and competitor’s.

- Knowledgeable in opportunity management and account management.

- Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills.

- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas
