Project Manager – Town Management Policy

Job requirement

Main responsibilities:

Township management:

  • Support and assist to meeting with authorities to reach approval for design, planning and connection, policies
  • Keep in touch with authorities. Support all documents base on authority’s requirement for project
  • Report as Government regulation
  • In relation with company’s legal Director and project operation management of building
  • Understandings of new town development;
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscaping, architecture, green, sustainability and construction works
  • Understanding of principles of feasibilities study of a new town or other design units;
  • Comprehensive understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.

Job requirements

1. Qualification:

Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp Đai học ngành kiến trúc, xây dựng, thiết kế

2. Working Experience:

- Having worked in policy, town management in ministry or service of construction.

- Minimum 10 year experience in building and planning policy.

3. Expertise:

- English writing is a plus but not compulsory.

- Civil or structural engineer background.

- Assist and prepare guidelines for planning, building

- Planning policies for implementation and management

  • Ability to make use of the structure, functions, policies and charters of organizations to solve issues;
  • Analytical skills, evaluation and appraisal skills to make effective decisions/ approaches;
  • Organization skill, staff monitoring and guidance skill;
  • Communication and presentation skill
