Tender Phase:
1. Understand Client’s requirements, coordinate with the Account Manager for conducting the bid strategy to the projects. Review the strategy with the Project Director to attain the approval.
2. Lead and instruct the project team to proceed upon the approved bid strategy.
3. Responsible for the quality of the tender documents which have to meet the Client requirements and project criteria as to ensure the high chance of win the bid.
4. Lead and responsible for the presentation session with the Client.
5. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Construction Phase:
1. Host the weekly project meetings with internal project team and Client to report and address the project issues.
2. Conduct risk management plan of the project with mitigate action plan.
3. Monitor project schedule and key milestones to ensure the projects are delivered per scheduled and as per contracted scopes. Work with construction team to boost up the schedule when necessary.
4. Prepare the Project Execution Plan which include but not limit to coordination plan, procurement plan, design development plan, construction approaches, EHS management plan, risk management plan..... and attain the approval from the relevant party (Client, PMC)
5. Control the quality of the project's design and construction.
6. Manage the project budget and responsible for the project payment claim procedure to assure receiving the payment on due time.
7. Approve and decide on changes of project during the project implementation process.
8. Identify and address issues and conflicts within the project team.
9. Manage the project team members, and vendors/ sub-contractors, influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Handover Phase:
1. Monitor the Testing & Commissiong stage of the project. Provide instructions to the team when it necessary.
2. Coordinate with Construction Manager to conduct the internal defect inspection and assure all defects are clear before the handover.
3. Review the O&M Documentations including as-built drawings to assure the quality of OMM docs can be met Client requirements.
4. Manage and follow the Client to assure the project is closed-out at Client’s satisfaction.
