- Work with Outbound Manager (OM) on project budgets and expenditures.
- Attending Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Meeting with Client to share insights and highlights of operation.
- Together with OM, create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectives.
- Problem-solving skill and be able to break out issues into actionable actions.
- Being the contact point to communicate with Trans-cosmos’s client on a daily basis for all aspects of Call-Center operation.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours for project members.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support if needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Attending to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by General Manager or Client.
- Reporting to General Manager/CC Director for any abnormalities in operation.
