Project Manager (Factory Building Construction)

• Responsible for the checking and monitoring of all M&E drawing and services with architecture and structure drawing for pre-construction and during construction.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client provisions.
• Able to produce coordination drawing to be used on site.
• Will be working closely to the clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Ensure that all the works done are in line and earlier that approved project schedule.
• Handle all necessary documentation under M&E Coordination scope.
• Execute & monitor M&E works on site.
• Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method statement, drawing, materials, sample mock – ups and work progress.
• Attend all site and technical meeting.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’ Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in infrastructure, utilities and road works.
• Preferably candidates specializing in M&E or equivalent.
• Able to work dynamic, under pressure/tight deadlines and results oriented.
• Positive working attitude, trustworthy and hardworking.
• Good working knowledge in both written and spoken English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
