We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the modernization of our Debt Collection System (DCS). This role is critical in transforming our legacy system into a cloud-based, AI-powered, and mobile-first debt collection platform that enhances operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects, and a deep understanding of banking, debt collection processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end DCS transformation, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap to align with the bank’s AI-first, mobile-first, and cloud-first strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from debt collection, risk, IT, compliance, and finance to define requirements and ensure business alignment.
- Manage third-party vendors, cloud service providers, and technology partners for system integration and seamless deployment.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Drive AI adoption by integrating machine learning models, automation, and analytics into the DCS for enhanced debt recovery performance.
- Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban to ensure efficiency in project execution.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop training programs and change management strategies to drive user adoption post-implementation.
