Project Manager (based Amata)

Main responsibility: To deliver the complex projects from contract signing till hand-over as per contractual requirements.

Authority: TAuthorized to manage/control the project within the approved schedule and cost, at client satisfaction.

Responsibility in details:

*Delivering the project within the approved and contractual schedule, without any back charges.

* Ensure expenditure of the assigned projects do not exceed the approved budget

*Manage actual production and shipment number does not exceed +/-5% of the forecasted plan.

*Ensure the customer satisfaction from Good, including timely resolution of client complaints, reactions to changes.

Age: 33+

Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor in Civil/Architectural Engineering (or) Diploma in Civil Engineering with a min. of 10 years experience

Qualifications (Desirable): Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Eng’g (or) Project/Contract Management.

University graduate's diploma

Working Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD and Computer Applications in Engineering Works

Language Required: English

Working experience:

 10+ years working experience in construction, in which there are at least 3 years in Project management, Project planning, Speed monitoring, Budget management, Human resource management, Risk assessment, Customer’s communication, Project acceptance and hand over.

 (Preferably involved in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication / Erection)

Communication and Management skill, Conflict Resolution Experience and Team Work

Good looking, Dynamic and Optimistic

Certification: Preferably having PMP (Project Management Professional by PMI), and Project Management 1st level
