As a Project Manager, your role is to support the regional/country teams to initiate, implement and improve programs that seek to increase Customer Experience.
The Project Manager drives projects to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
The day-to-day activities:
Drive projects through to completion, from strategy, detailed planning to execution.
Develop a deep understanding of Grab’s business operations, including internal processes, technical set-up, business strategies, and competitive context
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and other business organizations
Work with cross-functional teams to help guide implementation of strategic plans through to success.
Operate cross functionally to diagnose issues, and set up policies, processes and communication channels, in addition to the actual tools/services.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional/cultural teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
Demonstrated experience and excellence in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Be a structured thinker, and have proven problem solving skills
Self-motivated and exhibits personal accountability for successful completion of projects and tasks assigned
Positive attitude coupled with an inquisitive and investigative mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance; or other relevant advanced degree is a plus, preferably in the field of computer science or engineering
