- Lead and manage real estate projects: pre-feasibility, planning, design coordination, construction.- Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities for assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and compliance with project goals and standards.- Ensure all project activities comply with Law (Land Law, Construction Law, etc.)- Coordinate directly with local authorities to submit and follow up on legal documents, permits, and inspections as required by law.- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.- Provide regular updates to BOD and stakeholders on project status, issues, and progress.- Ensure project documentation, contracts, and reporting meet corporate and local requirements.- Make internal reports as required by Managers, General Director, Head office.- Others relevant works if required from BOD.
