Experience:
Communicate with clients regarding the product development schedule once the project timeline begins.
Ensure that timelines for mold or product modifications are properly implemented during the development process.
Monitor the progress of project engineering, mold, injection molding, and quality departments to ensure all tasks are completed as scheduled. If any department cannot meet the deadlines, convene the relevant teams to reach a consensus and follow up promptly.
When mold or product modifications are necessary, review the proposed modification method with the relevant departments to identify better alternatives if the current approach is unsuitable.
Support the evaluation of dimensional tolerance analysis on 2D drawings and the product measurement method in accordance with the MSOP.
Determine whether the NG (nonconforming) dimensions in the product FAI report are due to an inappropriate measurement method; if so, carry out verification and clarification.
If the NG dimensions in the FAI report are confirmed, analyze the root cause and propose feasible mold improvement solutions.
When mold modifications are required due to NG dimensions, assess whether the changes could affect product assembly, functionality, or introduce other technical risks.
Education:
Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Mold Engineering.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in UG, CAD, and Microsoft Office software; strong knowledge of mold structures and skilled in using technical measurement tools and methods.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic product manufacturing or mold-related work, including tracking products throughout the production process.
Over 1 year of project management experience, with familiarity in the entire development process of plastic products from design to mass production and the ability to identify and assess risks during development.
Attributes:
